We’ve Been Working Hard For You!

Sometimes Customer Service means more than having great service and great products. Take this blog for example. While it does market some truly great Customer Service Training products, it’s primary purpose and focus is to examine the entire customer experience and get people like you and I to think more like customers and less than the “businessman” inside of us.

So while we have some great customer service products on this blog, it is primarily an information resource. As a resource it is important to get you the information you need and to bring it to you in an easy to read and organized format.

Hence the new look!

The “old look” was a design that we truly liked but it had a lot of unused space and was kind of dark. While it looked good, it was not the easiest to read. We’ll admit that. So we figured it was time to start doing what we talk about and provide our readers and viewers with something that would be more organized and easier to use and read.

Like anything else in life, this was not an easy task. there are hundreds of designs and templates out there and, of course, every darn one of them say they are the best and easiest one to use. so we had a lot of trial and error. This design was not the first one we tried nor was it the last. But it was the one that fulfilled most of our requirements so we took the plunge and purchased the design.

It occurred to me that this was not a unique experience at all. In business, very rarely do we try something and get it perfect right from the start. there is a lot of trial and error and hours of experimenting. Even when we finish we often “tweak” things as time goes by to make them better.

The new design has some great elements that help us become more informative and easier to use. Customer Service training teaches us that in order to survive let alone grow as a business, we must provide better experiences for our customers. We must make our business easier to use and provide greater value to the end user.

We hope this new format accomplishes this and more. Don’t expect to see the exact same layout or content a month from now, or maybe even tomorrow. Because we intend to keep changing and “tweaking” until this blog becomes the very best resource you have for you and your business or career.
