I hope you managed to find us OK after the server move! Though we did lose a lot of posts in the process, we are totally committed to providing you with up to date information, commentary, and other resources you need to create the very best customer service experience for your company and your customers.
Moving servers was a very time consuming, and somewhat frustrating process and we would still be at it if it were not for the help, patience, and assistance of our new host, HostRocket. A very thankful shout out to those people who helped us every step of the way and answered every question (no matter how basic or down right stupid!) accurtely and quickly.
Over the next few weeks we will be looking to update the template for the blog and incorporate some new features as well. If you still see the “ugly” basic WordPress Blue header, we havent finished yet!
